On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, Special Agent Todd Wilton of the US Department of Homeland Security will be coming to Newberry Area Schools to present information to all K-12 students about internet safety, online activity, and the dangers of online environments. He will be completing four different age appropriate presentations during the school day for grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. He will also be doing an informational presentation for parents in the evening. The parent presentation will provide up-to-date information on the most popular apps and websites, as well as tips for monitoring your child’s online activity and helping to ensure their safety.
