Tahquamenon Area Schools is now seeking an individual to join our team as Director of Business Services. This person must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience of prior Michigan school accounting, fund investment, budget development, monitoring, regulatory and reporting requirements of State and Federal programs is also preferred.
The Director of Business Services will provide leadership and administration of the overall financial operations of the school district, including the development and maintenance of the annual budgets and long-range financial projections. Supervise operational accounting and financial reporting functions for the school district. Ensure appropriate fiscal management and control cash flow of the district. Supervise facility and non-academic operations of the district.
