
Senior Spotlight - Kyleigh Huntoon
Plans after high school are to take a gap year and then go to college. Kyleigh's favorite high school memory is going to games with my band friends and hanging out afterwards. Her advice to incoming Freshman is if you need help, don't be scared to ask. Her most proud high school accomplishment was getting a A on a Griff test. Kyleigh will miss most not being able to experience a normal senior year. Her favorite class were World History and band. Her favorite quote is, "It's about the journey--mine and yours--and the lives we can touch, the legacy we can leave, and the world we can change for the better." -Tony Dungy

Plans after high shool are to become an anthropologist. Josephine's favorite high school memory is playing in the pep band. Her advice to incoming Freshman is to not block the hallways. Josephines's most proud high school accomplishment is getting good grades. She will miss getting to see my friends every day the most after high school. Her favorite class in high school was World History with Mr. Griffis. Her favorite saying is, " Once you stop living to impress others, you'll be way happier.'


Senior Spotlight - Jacob Gribbell
Jacob plans to pursue a career in music production after high school. His high school memory is setting up our own powder puff game at the baseball field after it had to be cancelled. His advice to incoming Freshman is get a good habit of turning in work before it is too late. Jacob's proud accomplishment is qualifying for the state tournament for wrestling. Jacob will miss time with friends and wrestling after high school. His favorite class was English with Mrs. Rathje. His favorite quote is, "If you give up on our dreams what's left?" Jim Carey

Plans after high school are to get his CDL. Logan's favorite high school memory is when Miss P locked her keys in her car. His advice to incoming Freshman is do your work. His most proud high school accomplishment is graduating. He will miss irritating Miss P the most. Logan's favorite class was Civics. His favorite saying is, " Keep America great."

Senior Spotlight - Chandler Galor
Plans after high school are to work for a year or two then pursue college. Chandler's favorite high school memory is beating Engadine in football. his advice to incoming Freshman is play sports. They are the key to building friendships and bonds that will last your whole life. His proudest high school moment was being Homecoming king. Chandler will miss football and being able to see your best friends everyday. His favorite class was Biology with Mr. Goesbeck. His favorite sayins is, " you only live once, but if yu do it right, once is enough."

Plans after high school are to get her own plae, attend Bay College and get more fur babies. Jennifer's favorite high school memory is band Day when she had to play the trumpret solo. Her advice to Freshman is make time for school, work, and fun, not one or the other. Her high school accomplishment she is most proud of is going to states for solo ensemble twice. She will miss softball and basketball. Jennifer's favorite class was strenth training. Her favorite quote is, " If we wait until we're ready, we'll be waiting for the rest of our lives." Plans after school:are to to college to become a conservation officer. Destyni's favorite high school memory is Mr. Parr making fun of her everyday. Her advice to incoming Freshman is to be hapy while you can. She will miss Mr. Parr's advice most of all. Destyni's favorite say is, " Angels are amoung us; when you find them cherish their presence everyday.

Due to a medical emergency in the K-6 end of the building today, students and staff were asked to stay in their rooms to provide privacy and a clear path for EMT personnel. Class has resumed as usual at this time.

Attention HS Band Families!


We currently have openings remaining for elementary students to attend summer school. Summer school will focus on essential math and reading skills. Sessions are three weeks long and are held from Monday - Thursday, 9am-12pm.
Session 1: June 14 - July 1
Session 2: July 12 - July 29.
If you are interested in signing your child up for one or both sessions of summer school, please contact the elementary office at 906-293-3226 Ext 1112 by Monday, May 10th at noon.
Availability is limited, and spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
