A truckload of mulch will be delivered on Thursday, June 30. The football team will be assisting in spreading out the mulch around equipment. Please be understanding during this time as this is to make the playground safer.
Thank you.

Mrs. Havens’ summer school crew spent the week exploring the ocean! Each kiddo picked an animal and completed a research project. 🐧🐢🐻❄️🐠

We put math aside for a special visitor at summer school today, Ava the husky.
Also, put Ms. Ellory to work today playing a classic math game “toothy”….

Exciting!!!
Materials are arriving for the roof project. Start date will be July 5. Delay due to material delivery dates.

Camp day was a blast this year! 😀

Thank you to NAMA for a wonderful picnic lunch! Also, a big thank you to the community services for bringing out the ambulance, fire truck, and police car! The sixth graders enjoyed it all.

Mrs. Curley’s class ended their kindergarten year with water blaster madness!! 💦🤪🥰

And that’s a wrap sixth grade! Who knew that these lockers could hold so much stuff! 🧹🪣🧽

We are excited to be able to put some books in the hands of kids this summer! Reading Street, the reading series that Newberry Area Schools was using in grades K-5, is being discontinued and we are piloting a new one for grades K-2 during the 2022-2023 school year. The books from Reading Street are still in great condition and they are full of wonderful stories for kids to read! So, rather than throwing these books away, we are going to make them available for children to take home! Please encourage your child to take some of these books to enjoy reading over the summer.

Sumer is here!! Sign-up for a summer reading adventure at Tahquamenon Area Public Library. The summer reading program begins June 13. Stop in the library to register and for more information about the adventure, fantasy ad mystery options!
