COMMUNITY LITERACY NIGHT is tonight from 6-7pm. Everyone is welcome! Come to the CAFETERIA at Tahquamenon Area Schools for Food, Activities, Games, fun with the PUBLIC LIBRARY, and wrap up ONE SCHOOL, ONE BOOK! You don't have to have a school-aged child to come join the fun, BUT all school - aged children must be accompanied by an adult!
Mondriaan was a Dutch painter and art theorist who became a leader in abstract art. He's known for his iconic Composition series of grid paintings featuring black lines, primary colors, and white backgrounds. Our final Lego Club meeting Challenge was to create an abstract Lego picture similar to Mondrian's. 👍

This week’s student of the week is Kindergarten student Brynlee Bruno. She is an absolute
pleasure to have in Mrs. Browning’s class.
She is a top-notch helper and is very kind to her classmates and teachers. She is a great friend
to her classmates and enjoys playing with them at recess. Her favorite part about school is
when we do Number Corner and Work Place activities.
At home, she enjoys playing games with her mom and siblings. One of her latest favorites is a
domino game called Mexican Train.
She enjoys dance class and other outdoor activities when she's not in school.

Kindergarten 3-D solid shape review was so fun. With a fresh can of play-doh, the children were challenged to create their own 3-D shapes.
