This week’s Student of the Week is First Grader, Mason Johnson. Mason is the son of Alex and Auguste Johnson. He is a big brother to his little sister and baby brother. His favorite food is pancakes. At school, Mason enjoys reading books and learning about snakes. When he grows up, Mason would like to be a scientist and find fossils!
Mason was chosen as student of the week because he is an outstanding student. He is polite and respectful to adults and other students. Mason can be counted on to follow the rules of our school. He is a hard worker and always tries his best. Congratulations, Mason! We are proud of you at Newberry Elementary School!

For their favorite animal, V O T E, vote! With an elephant here, tiger there, lion, zebra, even a bear, maybe a monkey or giraffe, V O T E, vote! As you can tell by the tallies, the Tiger WON!
