Feed The Cats Announcement!—-
Winter “FTC” workouts will begin next week-Tuesday January 16th! We will meet everyone around 4:45pm in the hallway outside the gym doors and the library. We will once again be jumping, sprinting, bounding, leaping, and more for 30-45 minutes each day we meet this winter. All ages welcome… especially FOOTBALL PLAYERS without a spring sport!
As of now, we are shooting for every Tuesday and Thursday for the next 6 weeks. Any adjustments to the schedule will be announced on Facebook and in the school bulletin.
Speed grows like a tree. 78% of track and field events directly relate to sprinting. And believe it or not….Spring will be here before we know it! See you Tuesday!

Great opportunity!
New 7-8 and 9-12 Science rooms coming together over the next few weeks.
New K-6 art room casework installed today. Sinks, walls painted, base, and floor finished to go. We are almost there.
Please remember, even though we have a minimal amount of snow, kids need to come to school prepared for outdoor recess. Students need a winter jacket, hat, gloves, and boots DAILY (and snow pants once the time comes)! We have many students with only a sweatshirt. That is not appropriate attire for spending 30 minutes outside for recess. Thank you for your cooperation.
Little late but want to share.
What a week of fun activities leading up to Christmas break. We enjoyed a sweet visit and story with Mrs. Claus, art projects, stories, lunch exchange, cookie decorating, spirit week fun, dance party celebration and great teen student helpers. Merry Christmas!!
Happy New Year to ALL our TAS families. We wish everyone a great and healthy 2024.

Second graders spent the last several days of 2023 on an "adventure" around the world. They made stops in England, Mexico, Italy, Germany, Sweden and Spain. On each stop they learned about the countries Christmas traditions, how to say Merry Christmas in the countries primary language, made a souvenir to represent their stop, tried a traditional dessert (such as gingerbread, panettone, and figgy pudding) and stamped their passport! 🌎✈️🎄
Grinch Day & a dance party in second grade! 🍩🎅🏻🎄🪩
