Senior Spotlight - Ethan Fair After he graduates, Ethan plans to find a job where he can spend lots of time outdoors. He's going to miss his friends and teachers, and his favorite class was Life Skills. Ethan enjoys watching shows about trains and documentaries, and he's proud that he was helpful to all that needed it during his high school career. He encourages incoming freshmen to be nice to all.

Senior Spotlight - Wesley Burkhardt After graduation, Wesley is planning to go to the Midwest Truck Driving School in Escanaba. He's proud of all the memories he's made during high school, and he's going to miss all of his wonderful friends. Wesley's favorite high school memory is winning the homecoming game this year. He couldn't live without a hat, and his advice to incoming freshman is "Stop caring about what other people think."

Parent Meeting for Parents of Native American Students Tahquamenon Area Schools receives Title VI monies to support Native American students in our district. There will be a parent meeting on Tuesday, May 3 at 6:00 p.m. in the elementary conference room. There will be signs posted. Senior Spotlight - Cora Bufford After graduation, Cora is planning to attend Northwestern Michigan College and "make bank $$$" in Traverse City. She enjoys recalling moments involving her whole graduating class, like powderpuff and homecoming. She's proud that she won homecoming queen, and she couldn't live without pizza. Cora's favorite class was with Mr. Griffis. She's going to miss waking up and seeing her friends everyday.

He's proud that he is passing high school, and he fondly remembers all of the parties that he had on the last day of school in years prior. Senior Spotlight - Kraig Bodi After graduation, Kraig is thinking he may attend a trade school and find a full time job that pays well. He's proud that he's finishing high school and earned good grades to pass all of his classes. He couldn't live without all of his trucks, and Mr. Parr's classes were his favorite. Kraig is going to miss being with his friends every day, and advises incoming freshmen to enjoy your time while you can, because it's gone before you know it.

Senior Spotlight - Claudio Bistolfi At the end of this year, Claudio is planning to return to Italy and finish high school. He's looking forward to playing more basketball, and his favorite high school memory is being able to experience American high school basketball. The accomplishment he's most proud of is dropping 30 points against Brimley while playing a home game. Claudio is going to miss Connor Slaght, and he couldn't live without his summer basketball court in the Italian Alps.
