Third Graders enjoy a Verb Maze by the "Campfire" at McFadden's Writing Boot Camp! Ask them about it. Pretty challenging!

Sixth graders are prepping for the M-Step with Skill Sergeants Clark and Evans. 🪖
All posters must be covered during testing, so we thought it would be fun to go to “Test-prep Boot Camp”. 🥾 🪖 🙂

Mrs. Curley’s class had a fun kindergarten carnival. This was to celebrate their success in meeting their reading goal for the month of March. Thank you Ms. Jackie for bringing in all of the fun games. “Best day ever.”

The Reading Month Principal’s Challenge finally happened today! Mrs. Feldhusen got 14 pies to the face, head, ears, etc. The students were beyond excited and chanted “Pie! Pie! Pie!” for each and every pie! Congratulations on meeting the building-wide reading goal! Continue reading everyday!

Tomorrow, April 7 is the rescheduled Principal’s Challenge & the drawing for the giveaway of the bikes donated by the Masons at 2:00pm. Parent Teacher Conferences are from 5-7 pm!

Reminder: Parent Teacher Conferences will be Thursday, April 7 from 5-7pm. Report cards will come home with your child and will also be mailed to you.

We have been busy after being on Break. We started McFadden's Writing Boot Camp! The students are so excited about it! In the photo, students are taking a break from Boot Camp to read around the campfire. In Science, we are starting our Life Cycle unit of study, which has been ongoing this whole year with the study of Chinook Salmon. In the photos, students listened to sounds of spring and then created posters based on what they heard.

Tomorrow, Friday, March 25, 2022, there will be NO SCHOOL due to lack of substitute teachers and staff. School resumes April 4, after Spring Break. Enjoy your break!

Today's 4th, 5th, & 6th grade Girls' Basketball Games are cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

To-Go Bags are available every TAS Half Day for any student wanting a lunch!

Our leprechaun left us some lucky charms!

Mrs. Curley’s class hunted all over the school for a leprechaun today! We didn’t find him, or trap him….but he left us some delicious treats!
